Titanium coated squissors
The perfect tool for all your precision cutting, this cross between tweezers and scissors allows for unrivalled accuracy. It has a titanium coating for longer life and comes in a protective pouch with rubber tip protector for convenient storage.

4" embroidery scissors
Small, sharp, pointy and extremely good for cutting close to your stitching, for example when cutting around a buttonhole edge. They come with a hard plastic cover for safe storage. Available in purple, pink or turquoise with a decorative floral cover or blue with a plain one; please let us know if you have a preference.

Stitch spacer
Part of every Dutch teenager's maths toolkit (at least when I was at secondary school in the 1980s), this triangular protractor made from light, flexible, transparent plastic is also remarkably useful when stitching lattice work and battlement couching.
Place one of the guide lines over the top of your first stitch and work the second stitch along the edge of the triangle, and it is automatically parallel to the first. As the lines are all spaced 5mm apart (with smaller 1mm division indicators), you can also use it to keep the distance between all your lines equal. And as a bonus there are lines that help you place the top set of lattice lines at 90° or 45° angles to the bottom ones!

Acrylic coasters
Square acrylic coasters with elegant rounded corners. They measure 95mm with space for an 80mm insert and are just the right size for any of the Round Dozen designs worked on 25ct fabric, or Kaleidoscope on 22ct Hardanger (you can see a set of four coasters using Round the Year in the Gallery; scroll down from there for a set of Kaleidoscope coasters). They make wonderful personal gifts, or a decorative and practical addition to your own coffee table!
Reinforce your stitching with some iron-on interfacing on the back if desired, cut to size, place inside the coaster and snap shut (make sure you're happy with the placement of your stitching before closing the coaster as they are extremely difficult to take apart again).

Floral gems
These colourful sew-on flowers are an integral part of Mabel's Floral Gems design but can be used in many other ways to embellish your embroidery. They are available in sets of 10 and 25.

Mabel Originals
From time to time we will offer some of Mabel's stitched models made up into bags and other items for people who would like to own (or give as a present) a piece of original design. Each of these designs has been stitched and finished by Mabel herself – every item is unique.
Shopping bags
Long-handled cotton shopping bags, 38cm x 43cm, with a 10cm wide gusset all round (except the two brown bags). A unique and useful present for family, friends, or yourself!
The designs have been hand-hemmed and attached with a variety of stitches. Every bag has a Mabel's Fancies label inside to identify it as a true Mabel Original.
Hand wash only in lukewarm water using a mild detergent if necessary.
50% of all proceeds go to the Dunchurch Baptist Church building fund.
