Star of the Sea – 182h x 182w

Traditional motifs and fillings are given a bit of a twist by incorporating beads or arranging them a little differently; the resulting waves, stars and cutwork look as good in traditional white-on-white as in one of Caron's lovely "sea shades".

The design's central square with its wavy border can be stitched as a separate project.
