Counted Embroidery

Here you will find all Mabel's designs that use counted thread techniques, such as cross stitch, blackwork, and Assisi work. Hardanger is also a type of counted thread needlework, but as Mabel's main technique it has a section to itself.

Just a reminder of a few practical matters:

Cross stitch

These designs use mainly cross stitch, with some backstitch and the occasional French knot.
